We are well into 34 years of the practice. We have experienced many successful years of providing design services for projects throughout the Midwest. Although our practice has been quite diversified, many of you know we have completed a large number of Eldercare projects, including skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities. That avenue has led us to follow clients to each of the states surrounding Nebraska, with the largest number of projects in Nebraska and Iowa.

In addition to the Eldercare market, we have completed a number of churches, libraries, clinics and banks.

One of the most rewarding experiences has been the number of many friends we have made. We have had the opportunity to get to know many of our clients, contractors, and even some code officials on a personal level. Everyone has families, hobbies and experiences to share. And as we become acquainted with these folks, the personal relationships that have resulted have been a real source of pleasure.

Another unexpected pleasure is to have an existing client retain us to design a new project for them. Designing additional projects for existing clients is the most sincere form of a compliment. I believe it is based on a personal relationship, supported by thorough design work. It also puts a responsibility on our design team to continue to do the best job that we are able.

As we look forward into the next few years, we are excited about the potential growth of our economy and our practice, and the many people who will become our friends.
