Valley Public Library and Conference Center

Valley, Nebraska. Our firm completed conceptual drawings for this project to provide the Valley Library Foundation with graphic representations for community support and funding. The design concept included three separate but compatible functions in a combined facility: a library, conference center and museum. Each space was served by a common entrance and lobby. The community library occupied the primary space in the facility. The conference center was included to host meetings and events for the community of Valley, and to also serve as a destination venue for business meetings and workshops. A third element was planned to house a museum for western Douglas County, to include the city of Valley and surrounding areas.
