Bavarian Meadows Assisted Living – Remsen, Iowa

This project was a 22,000 plus square foot, single story, freestanding assisted living facility. The project provided 22-unit living quarters with an activity room, dining area, large kitchen, and lounge areas. Resident laundry, whirlpool, and fireplace enhance this facility along with front and rear porches. Half a dozen garages and a stone-columned porte-cochere were constructed to augment the facility’s amenities.
