Oracle Aviation Millard FBO – Omaha

This project involved the total renovation of an existing FBO facility for Oracle Aviation, a new tenant at the Millard Airport, Omaha, Nebraska. The entire space was gutted to accommodate the new design. A two story lobby space was created with generously sized windows to maximum visibility to the flight line. Lobby and waiting area is located adjacent to the large windows, giving excellent visual access to aircraft movement areas. A canteen area was included to provide refreshments and seating for pilots and passengers. A large conference room is located adjacent to the lobby. Other spaces include pilot flight planning room, pilot lounge and general offices for the FBO.
