The project houses a primary care clinic, dental operatory suite, behavior health, administrative offices, HIV office, and County Health Offices. The client came to us with a vacant printing company building and wanted to convert the building into their clinic. One of their main goals was to make the plan expandable, giving them the most flexibility for future growth. Some growth concepts were to make administrative offices large enough so that the clinical exam spaces could grow into the administrative area with minor modifications. This project has just completed construction in August, new photos to come soon. Whereas the client is a non-profit entity and had a very tight budget, we presented options to reduce cost throughout the design process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
