All new resident rooms were designed as private rooms, featuring a full bathroom complete with drive-in shower. Individual heating\/cooling systems were provided for each room, allowing the resident to adjust temperatures to their liking. Common spaces included a large therapy suite, dining and activity space, new offices and nursing support spaces. The project was designed to compliment the existing facility in terms of design motif and exterior appearance.
